What are the terms of the sale?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. We are a small team working around the clock.

Sale prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/offers.

Strictly no changes/amendments can be made to your order once placed due to volume of orders. 

All items marked as CLEARANCE are strictly final sale. Clearance items will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please view the full return policy prior to checking out.

Sale starts on 20 Nov 2024 at 7pm EST and ends at midnight on 2 Dec 2024. Popular items will sell out before the sale ends.

We're a mum and daughter team and we pride ourselves on designing and supplying high quality products and providing the best possible customer service.​ We guarantee the quality of our products against breakage within the parameters of normal use for 12 months, offer hassle free exchanges and refunds (excluding items marked Clearance), so you can have confidence in making your purchase. 

When will you post my order? (Outside of sale times)

Place your order before 11am WST and we'll post it on the same day (week days). This excludes pre-orders, and rare occasions where we are inundated with orders and need an extra day to catch up. Please select Express Post if you want your order to jump the queue.

When will I receive my order? (After posting)

Australia: It usually takes 2-7 working days for your order to arrive. Orders within Perth metro area usually take 2 days, deliveries to Sydney generally take 5 days, Queensland generally takes 7 days.
Express post usually takes 1-3 working days.

International: deliveries will take between 10-25 working days depending on your location.
