Sun Bella dispatches orders daily, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10 am WST are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be dispatched the next working day. During peak times like Mondays or sales periods, dispatch may be delayed - Mondays can incur a delay of 1-2 days, Sale periods may incur a delay by 3-4 days.

We post to anywhere in Australia for the rates below (including GST). We ship with Australia Post and deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers at the same price.

Please note we have no control over Australia Post delivery times.  When delivery times matter, we recommend selecting express postage.

Express Postage Guidelines

• Delivery Time: 1-3 working days.
• Cost: $14.95 or FREE for orders over $300.

Local Pickup (Perth)

• Cost: $9.95.
• Orders ready after 2 pm the next working day.
• Pickup Address: 1714 Albany Highway, Kenwick (Quickmail signage), open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please bring photo ID.

International Shipping

Sun Bella products cannot be sold in or shipped to the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays beyond our control. Additional fees, such as customs or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.  Sun Bella cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the above times are estimates provided to us by the freight company, being Australia Post and relevant international postage companies.

Occasionally, our warehouse may experience delays of up to 24 hours due to unforeseeable issues. We will keep you informed if this happens.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft.  Please be aware that delivery companies are able to provide photos of the delivery location, and if a parcel is reported as stolen we will need to report it to the police.
