1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Sun Bella Pty Ltd (ABN:38 651 645 331, located at Balcatta, 6021 WA)
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to all customers who have purchased a Sun Bella product.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
2.3. Employees of Sun Bella and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, customers must submit an email including a photo or video of their Sun Bella product tohello@sunbella.com.au.
3.2. Multiple entries per product purchase are permitted.
3.3. By entering, participants grant Sun Bella permission to use submitted content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and promotional materials.
4. Prize & Winner Selection
4.1. Each week, one eligible entry will be selected at random to win a $100 Sun Bella voucher.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.
4.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Fair & Transparent Review Policy
5.1. Reviews can be positive or negative—winning is not based on review sentiment.
5.2. All reviews are subject to Sun Bella’s moderation guidelines and may be published at Sun Bella’s discretion.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Sun Bella reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
6.2. Entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.3. Sun Bella is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries.

7.1. Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Sun Bella’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
