Weekly Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Sun Bella Pty Ltd (ABN 38 651 645 331) of Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 ("Sun Bella", "we", "our" or "us").

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The competition commences on 11 August 2026 and continues until withdrawn by Sun Bella.

2.2. One winner will be drawn each week during the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased a genuine Sun Bella product.

3.2. Employees of Sun Bella and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3. No additional purchase is required to enter.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, email a written review together with at least one photo or video showing your Sun Bella product to hello@sunbella.com.au.

4.2. Each eligible email submission constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

4.3. By entering, you confirm that:

the review reflects your genuine experience with the product;
the photos and videos are your own or you have permission from everyone appearing in them to submit them; and
the content does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

4.4. By entering, participants grant Sun Bella a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit, crop and adapt the submitted photos, videos and written content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, advertising and other promotional materials.

5. Prize & Winner Selection

5.1. Each week, one eligible entry will be selected at random to receive a $100 Sun Bella Gift Voucher.

5.2. The draw will be conducted by random selection at Sun Bella's office.

5.3. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw.

5.4. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, Sun Bella may conduct a redraw.

5.5. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Fair & Transparent Review Policy

6.1. Entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of whether the feedback is positive, neutral or negative.

6.2. Sun Bella reserves the right not to publish content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, infringes another person's rights, contains personal information, or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.

6.3. Sun Bella will not alter the meaning or sentiment of any review.

7. General Conditions

7.1. Sun Bella reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.2. Sun Bella is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures that prevent entry.

7.3. Any attempt to interfere with the proper conduct of the competition may result in disqualification.

7.4. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

7.5. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Google or any other third-party platform.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information collected as part of this competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Sun Bella's Privacy Policy.

8.2. Personal information will only be used for the administration of this competition and related marketing purposes where consent has been provided, or as otherwise permitted by law.
