WIN a cooler, comfier summer

1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at midday AWST on 13 Oct and ends at midnight AWST on Monday 27th Oct (the “Promotional Period”). Sun Bella reserves the right to extend the Promotional Period at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the draw, participants must subscribe to Sun Bella's email list during the Promotional Period. Entrants who provide their phone number will receive two additional entries. Participation is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees and immediate family members of Sun Bella and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Conditions

All entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Sun Bella reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries with a phone number will receive two entries.

4. Prize Details

The winner will receive $220 worth of Sun Bella Products. No discounts or promotional offers can be applied in conjunction with the voucher. The shopping spree voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 29th Oct. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two business days of the draw.

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be deemed forfeited, and Sun Bella reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a new winner.

7. Prize Substitution

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Sun Bella reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.

8. Modification of Promotion

Sun Bella reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Sun Bella's Privacy Policy. The information provided will be used for the administration of this promotion and for marketing purposes, where consent has been given. Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sun Bella is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may impact entry into the promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Bella excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this promotion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
