Shipping policy
Order before 11am and we'll post your order on the same day. Your parcel will come from Perth via Australia Post.
Postage within Australia
Standard Parcel Post. 5-7 working days.
- Orders over $70 = Free
- Orders under $70 = $8.95
Express Postage. 1-3 working days
- Orders over $70 = $9.95
- Orders under $70 = $12.95
- Orders over $150 = Free
Express Post orders will typically arrive in 1-3 working days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, your order will be posted on Monday. If you're in Western Australia (like us) your order will likely arrive on Tuesday and if you're in any other state, your order will arrive on Wednesday.
Local Pickup
Usually orders are ready to be collected after 2pm on the next working day.
If you're in Perth and need your order ASAP, you can opt to pick it up from our warehouse in Kenwick. The fee charged at the checkout is $9.95 but you will get a $5 refund once you pick up your order - sorry for the inconvenience. (This is because many people were selecting the cheapest option despite living far away)
Please note that our warehouse is not a shopfront, we are an online only busine.ss. Once you have placed your order online, you will be able to pick it up from the warehouse after 2pm on the following workday. The warehouse is located at1714 Albany Highway, Kenwick (look for Quickmail signage) and is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. ***Please ensure that you bring photo ID***
International Postage
- Sun Bella ships via Express worldwide for a low flat rate fee of $22.95 and FREE for orders over $150 AUD.
- Please note that “Sunbella” branded products cannot be sold in or shipped to the United States.
- International shipping will typically take 10-25 working days for delivery. This is dependent on your location. More details are available here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-times. Please note that delivery times given are guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorisation or factors beyond our control. Sun Bella cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the above times are estimates provided to us by the freight company, being Australia Post and relevant international postage companies.
Shipping Policy
- We endeavour to dispatch daily Monday to Friday and orders placed before 11am WST will usually be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that will be dispatched the following working day.
- We use Australia Post to ensure that your parcel will arrive as fast and as safely as possible, plus you'll be able to track your purchase. Please note that we have no control over Australia Post delivery timeframes.
- Occassionally, on Mondays and during peak times like Christmas or during sales, there may be delays in dispatch by 1-3 days. You will always receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. We recommend selecting express postage if you need your order in a hurry.
- Very occasionally, our warehouse may be delayed by 24 - 48 hours if there is an unforeseeable issue, such as a power outage or illness.
- Australia Post won't leave your parcel out in the open - unless it's safe to do so. We recommend that you provide an address where someone will be available to accept the package during during office hours. If the delivery person does not feel that it's safe to leave your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local post office. Please include a note saying “Authority to Leave” when you place your order if you would prefer that our order is left at your address.

- All prices are in Australian dollars.Where applicable, a GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) of 10% has been applied. All prices displayed include GST. Payment on our website is by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay or Visa. No other payment methods are accepted.
